This is Slimbr's full price list — every medication dose we currently supply, with the all-in monthly cost, nothing hidden. Most weight-loss providers in Ireland make you book a call before they'll tell you a number. We'd rather you see the numbers first and talk to the doctor about whether treatment is right for you, not about what it costs.
Prices checked 1 September 2026. Two things to know before the table: the cost has two parts — the medication itself (changes with your dose) and the medical service fee (flat) — and your first month is the cheapest, because everyone starts at the lowest dose and the first-month service fee is reduced.
The first month: from €229 all-in
Your first month with Slimbr costs from €229: a €49 doctor/service fee — which covers your medical assessment, the doctor consultation and your treatment set-up — plus the medication, from €180 at the 2.5 mg starting dose. Cold-chain delivery is charged separately at checkout.
Everyone starts at the lowest dose — that's how the medicine is licensed, and it's what keeps side effects manageable — so the first-month figure is the same for practically everyone.
The service fee, explained separately
From month 2, the medical service fee is €99/month paid monthly. It covers what a pharmacy price never includes: your prescribing doctor, dose reviews and adjustments, side-effect support when something feels off, and the clinical monitoring that keeps treatment safe. If you prefer to commit for six months up front, a reduced €75/month service rate applies — ask the team on your free call about the terms.
Mounjaro (tirzepatide): price by dose
The medication price changes as your dose changes. Here is every Mounjaro dose with the medication price and the typical all-in monthly cost (medication + €99 service fee). Euro prices track the pharmacy price and the exchange rate, rounded to the nearest €5 — so they move rarely, and this page always shows the current figure:

Wegovy (semaglutide injection): price by dose
Wegovy is the weekly semaglutide injection. The first three doses share one price, so the cost only steps up towards the maintenance dose:

The Wegovy pill — daily oral semaglutide, EU-approved in July 2026 — is now available through Slimbr. Tablet treatment steps up in price with your dose plan, which your doctor confirms at the consult:
Foundayo (orforglipron) — UK patients only for now
Foundayo, the once-daily orforglipron tablet, was licensed in the UK in August 2026 but has no EU marketing authorisation yet (the EMA's review is ongoing), so it is not available in Ireland. Doctor-led GLP-1 treatment in Ireland typically runs from under €200 a month for medication alone to around €475 a month all-in at the highest dose depending on the medication, the dose and what the provider includes. Publishing the full dose ladder means you can budget for month 6, not just month 1, before you ever talk to us. The initial phone consultation to see whether treatment could suit you is free. The €49 first-month fee applies when you start treatment, and it includes your doctor consultation.
Which medications do you supply besides Mounjaro?
We also supply Wegovy as the weekly semaglutide injection and as the daily oral tablet — both priced above, with an identical fee structure. Which medication and format suit you is a clinical decision your doctor makes at the free consultation, not a menu choice. Foundayo (orforglipron) is UK-only for now, as it has no EU licence yet.
